Joe Cortright and State Economist Tom Potiowsky were the featured speakers
for the City Club of Portland's annual economic outlook meeting. Joe's remarks
addressed the structure of the metropolitan economy, its performance through the
recent economic cycle, and the key factors that will shape regional prosperity
in the years ahead.
